The Thai Social Forum presents a wide ranging discussions across the boundaries of issue-based networks, to promote grass-roots participation and to include sectors which have traditionally been left out of previous meetings eg. Gender groups, Minority groups and new Student and Youth groups.

Let's Take Action!! Against Nuclear Processing Plant in Japan

RYUICHI SAKAMOTO (japanese avant-garde musician, actor, and etc...) has been
protesting against the full-scale operation of the nuclear processing plant in rokkasho-mura in aomori, in Japan, due to start next year.

He has made a website asking musicians and artists to contribute to it with their works for the
awareness of the very dangerous project.

Fumiya Sawa sent a message that Ryuichi has asked for contributions from Thai and regional artists for this.
